Exchange Policy

Exchanges allowed: Within 7 days of delivery, customers may request an exchange for size, model, or defect.

Costs: If the mistake is ours (wrong or defective item), we cover all shipping costs. For voluntary exchanges (e.g., wrong size chosen), the customer covers return shipping.

Example: A customer receives sneakers in size 44 but ordered size 42. They may exchange, provided the product is unused and returned properly.
